1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the Jet Class Chauffeur website and set out a practical framework for enquiries, quotations and chauffeur-service arrangements. They should be read together with any specific quotation or booking confirmation issued for a journey.
2. About Jet Class Chauffeur
Jet Class Chauffeur provides private chauffeur travel in the United Kingdom. The legitimate contact details for the business are set out in section 24 below.
3. Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with site security, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the website abusively, or reproduce protected content without permission or another lawful basis.
4. Information on the website
Reasonable care is taken when preparing website information, but services, availability and journey details may change. Journey times are estimates only and can be affected by traffic, road closures, weather, event congestion and other external conditions.
5. Enquiries and quotes
Submitting a quote request does not create a confirmed booking. A quotation is prepared from the journey details supplied at the time. If the route, passenger numbers, timings, luggage or other requirements change, the quotation may also need to change. A booking is confirmed only through the business’s actual confirmation process.
6. Bookings
Customers should provide accurate pickup, destination, passenger, luggage, flight and timing information. Special assistance or unusual requirements should be disclosed in advance so suitability can be discussed. Changes made after confirmation may affect availability, timing or price.
7. Prices and payment
The price for a journey will normally be set out in the quotation or booking confirmation supplied by Jet Class Chauffeur. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a quotation is based on the route, date, timing, passenger numbers, luggage and service requirements provided when the quotation is prepared.
Additional or changed requirements may result in a revised price. This may include extra stops, significant route changes, additional waiting, a different collection time, additional journeys or other services requested after the original quotation.
Any deposit requirement, payment deadline, accepted payment method and VAT treatment should be stated in the quotation, invoice or booking confirmation applicable to the journey. Payment must be made in accordance with those agreed terms. Jet Class Chauffeur will not treat an enquiry alone as a confirmed booking.
Confirm the business's standard VAT wording, whether deposits are normally required, payment due dates and accepted payment methods. No fixed figures are stated here until confirmed.
8. Changes to bookings
If you need to change a confirmed journey, please contact Jet Class Chauffeur as early as reasonably possible. Changes are subject to availability and operational feasibility.
A change to the route, collection point, destination, date, time, passenger numbers, luggage, waiting requirement, additional stops or vehicle requirement may affect the quoted price. Where a material change affects the cost or feasibility of the service, Jet Class Chauffeur may issue a revised quotation for approval before the amended service is provided.
No separate amendment fee is stated in these terms unless one is specifically agreed with the customer.
9. Cancellations
If you need to cancel a booking, you should notify Jet Class Chauffeur as soon as reasonably possible using the contact details provided with the booking or on this website.
Any cancellation charge, refund entitlement or non-refundable amount will depend on the cancellation terms communicated for the relevant booking and on applicable consumer law. Where a booking has involved non-recoverable third-party costs or work already carried out, those matters may also be relevant if they were disclosed and agreed appropriately.
If a passenger does not attend the agreed collection point or cannot be contacted, the booking may be treated as a no-show after reasonable attempts to make contact and any agreed waiting period has expired. Any no-show charge must follow the terms communicated for that booking.
Confirm the standard cancellation notice periods, cancellation charges, refund approach, no-show treatment and any waiting allowance. No fixed period, percentage or fee is stated until the client confirms its policy.
10. Waiting time and delays
Jet Class Chauffeur will take reasonable care when planning journeys, but traffic, severe weather, road closures, accidents, event congestion, airport disruption and other circumstances outside reasonable control may affect collection or arrival times.
Customers should allow appropriate time for time-sensitive journeys, including airport, rail, cruise and event travel. Where a customer requests the chauffeur to wait beyond an agreed or included period, additional waiting may be subject to availability and may result in an additional charge where this has been communicated or agreed.
If Jet Class Chauffeur becomes aware of a significant operational delay, reasonable efforts will be made to communicate with the customer using the contact details supplied. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
11. Airport transfers
For airport collections, customers should provide the correct airport, terminal, flight number, scheduled arrival time and a working contact number. Where flight-monitoring information is available, it may be used to help plan the collection, but customers remain responsible for supplying accurate flight details and notifying Jet Class Chauffeur of material changes known to them.
Meet-and-greet location, included waiting time and any additional waiting arrangements should be confirmed for the specific booking. Flight delays may require the collection plan to be adjusted. Additional waiting beyond any agreed allowance may be chargeable if this is communicated and agreed in accordance with the booking terms.
Jet Class Chauffeur does not promise unlimited waiting unless that has been expressly confirmed for the booking.
12. Passenger conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully, comply with reasonable safety instructions and avoid illegal activity or deliberate damage to the vehicle. Any response to serious misconduct should be proportionate to safety and legal requirements.
13. Luggage and personal belongings
Passengers should disclose unusual, oversized or bulky luggage before booking so vehicle suitability can be considered. Reasonable care will be taken, but passengers remain responsible for checking their personal belongings when leaving the vehicle, subject to rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Children and safety
Travel involving children must comply with applicable UK law. The customer should tell Jet Class Chauffeur in advance when children will be travelling and provide any information reasonably needed to assess appropriate seating or safety arrangements.
If a child seat, booster seat or another specific safety arrangement is required, this must be requested before the booking is confirmed. Availability and responsibility for providing or fitting any child restraint must be agreed for the individual booking; this page does not promise that a child seat is automatically supplied.
15. Accessibility and passenger assistance
Any mobility, accessibility or passenger-assistance requirement should be disclosed before booking so suitability and practical arrangements can be discussed. The website does not claim that every vehicle is wheelchair accessible.
16. Vehicle substitution
Jet Class Chauffeur aims to provide the vehicle or vehicle type agreed for the booking. However, mechanical issues, safety concerns, operational disruption or other circumstances may occasionally make the planned vehicle unavailable.
Where this happens, Jet Class Chauffeur may seek to offer a suitable alternative vehicle or another reasonable arrangement. The customer will be informed where reasonably practicable if a material substitution is required. A particular make, model or specification should only be treated as guaranteed where this is expressly stated in the booking confirmation.
Confirm the final vehicle-substitution policy and whether any specific remedies or upgrade/downgrade rules should apply.
17. Events beyond reasonable control
Service can be affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, accidents, strikes, government restrictions and major disruption. The effect on a particular booking should be handled reasonably and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
18. Intellectual property
Website branding, original copy, layouts and other owned material may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Third-party imagery or materials remain subject to their own ownership and licence terms. Unauthorised reproduction should not be assumed to be permitted.
19. External links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience where relevant. Jet Class Chauffeur does not control the content, availability or legal policies of those external sites.
20. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any other limitation of liability must be fair, proportionate and assessed against the final business model and applicable UK law.
21. Privacy and cookies
Personal information and browser-storage choices are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Read the Privacy Policy · Read the Cookie Policy
22. Governing law
The intended drafting basis is the law of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales applying subject to any mandatory consumer rights that allow a customer to bring proceedings elsewhere. Final governing-law wording should be reviewed by legal counsel before production.
23. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised when services, booking processes or legal requirements change. The Last updated date should be revised whenever material changes are made.
24. Contact
